Hi everyone,
I'm posting this here because I think most of the people who are going to care about this post are here in the Twenties.
I've been keeping this to myself until I was sure of my plans, but, after having graduated from college last semester, I won a scholarship to go study abroad in SE Asia for a year. I have been absent for a while because I have been preparing for my move (which, by the way, is an ENORMOUS task) and I have also been traveling the US a bunch to see all my family one last time before I go. My flight leaves in less than 48 hours.
While I'm overseas I will likely be very busy with school and with just trying to absorb as much culture and experiences as possible, so my attendance here is going to continue to be very low. I apologize for that and I've been encouraging people for a long while now to report any issues they have rather than PM me directly, and it looks like that has been happening (no PMs!) so thank you. I want to make sure you all can get your issues handled as quickly as possible. You can also rely on [MENTION=17829]Roboartist[/MENTION] and whomever else gets chosen to help out with this section (I've been so busy with preparing to move that I have not been following the appointment of bracket managers etc).
I wish you all the best of times and although I'm not saying "goodbye" I'm still going to say thanks for all the memories! I think that we have accomplished some great things for ourselves in this bracket and even though some struggles continue, we should all be proud of how we are contributing to a community in which the majority of our bracket's participants will never even see this website. That means that everything that every one of you does, in game and on the forums, makes a difference and matters. Pat yourselves on the back for that and keep up the good work making this community great.
I am having to sell my computer because I can't ship it, but it is possible that some time in the future when I have a new PC over there, I might be able to VPN onto US servers and come say hi. But even if I can't, please know that I'll miss you all while I'm gone and I wish every one of you all the best.
