A few level 10 accomplishments:
Crucible of Carnage - solo (2nd boss - 85 elite) ((until it glitches anyways)), Fel Reaver (70 elite), Thunderaan - 3 man (60 world boss), Ancient watcher - solo (80 elite) and the list goes on ... and on....
To be honest, hit rating was not the most important thing with these. If hit rating is the only thing Duopally is focused on then he has a lot more to learn about WOW mechanics. I could leave some examples with the above noted, but will leave it to him to discover them on his own.
In my opinion, keep on pushing the limits as 10's and ... how may I put this ... just shake your head in the face of ignorance.
