Basicly what you do is just check your ilvl on heirlooms and then you know shit wont scale higher than that and for the lower brackets its always "4" like lvl 19 =24 29 =34 39=44 etc etc etc

Raging Berserker's Helm: 17 str 6 stam 8 crit
Scarlet leggings: 21 str 10 stam
Pendulum of doom: 64-97 damage (20.64 dps) chance on hit: 289 damage
Aegis of the Scarlet Commander (shield): 116 armor 5 str 8 stam 5 dodge :(

Foreman's Gloves - 11 agi 11 haste
Pilferer's Gloves - 14 agi
Blackvenom Blade - 20-38 damage (16.11 dps) 12 agility chance on hit: 10 nature damage every 3 sec for 15 sec
Mark of Kern - 5 stam 12 ap

Between leveling my horde druid FC and trying to get all my ally twinks up to speed, it may be a while before I'm at that point :) but I will def add you.
 
So when will all of this information be double checked =/ There is so many mistakes in it sadly :S I might be wrong... but like just take a look at the revelosh part for an start please :S
