Thank you Kallafrax - Awesome GM

This isn't twink related, but WoW related. I am posting this to show my appreciation for a GM that got my 2nd ticket about a missing achievement and title... "of the Black Harvest".

I quit retail for quite some time a month or two before WOD was released. I returned a couple times to basically give or sell items to friends that were looking for things in my twink gear cache. Prior to quitting back then, I was all about my "new" main... a warlock that I was PVPing and Raiding on, which was one of my old 39 locks btw. Anyhow, I did the green flame quest on this lock and it was known that when WOD was released it was going to be an achievement and title.

I came back to actually play a 6-8 weeks ago, but recently started playing my 90, now 100 lock again.

Last night in a BG, I noticed someone with the "of the Harvest" title. I forgot all about that so I quickly checked out my titles and noticed I didn't have it. I checked my achievements, nope... so.... I dropped a ticket.

While raiding, I was contacted by a GM... I am not sure if they can see your screen when they talk to you, but I was throwing many green flames and bosses while talking to this GM. He informed me that he didn't see record of me completing that quest line and that there was nothing he could do. I shared with him that this was a known issue, but no luck.

"Players that completed the Black Harvest Warlock scenario during patch 5.4 but did not log in during the pre-patch report that they did not receive the " Breaker of the Black Harvest" achievement when logging in during Warlords of Draenor." - 6.1.0 Known Issues - Updated 2/27/15 - Forums - World of Warcraft

So... I was a little rude and we hung up the call (chat).

I resubmitted the ticket and got a refreshing reply...

Hey --------,

I am Game Master Kallafrax. (@'.')=@@=('.'@) [Fist Bump]
Thank you for your patience in waiting for my response, I truly appreciate it.

This was an incredibly complex issue, thankfully it came across my desk so I could confirm something I learned recently. As a fellow member of the Black Harvest I wanted to make sure you got what you earned.

So.. remember when this warlock was Drayner? Waaay back before Warlords?
And you transferred them in September of last year, before Warlords?

Thankfully we still have that character in the deletion archive. Using that, I was able to prove that you did complete the questline. This empowered me to grant you the Feat of Strength, and the title, to --------.

Normally, my fellow GM would be correct, we'd need log proof, this was fortunate that we were able to confirm via old character copies, which isn't something all GM's know how to do, so don't be mad at them, I've made sure they've been brought up to speed.

Now. go show off that awesome title, and MELT SOME FACES!

There are some good people working at Blizz... Apparently this guy (or gal) went in and traced my history of moves and found the character name and server I was when I did this quest. I will be honest, I didn't even know my toon's name and server back then. :)

Anyhow. Just wanted to share a positive Blizzard ticket experience.
