39 Revival Week 2

We need to coordinate this bracket a bit more, vents...mumbles....39 bracket guilds....adding as much 39s as possible on your real ID. We much develop an actual community for this bracket and eliminate the randomness.

Only my horde characters are finished/near completion atm.
Probably going to faction 1-2 Alliance in addition to (hopefully) finish the rest. Want 5 for each faction to fill any roles which are lacking.
