Thanks. If you mean f2p as starter acc, then you can't join the guild, but if you are paid acc with f2p restriction you can be invited to guild.

Veteran accounts can join guilds after their subscribtions have ended so no it doesnt stop you.

oh sweet man! can veteran accounts keep their experience locked as well? say if i made a 19 twink and then went veteran, would experience continue or would it stay locked? i mainly play f2p atm but its linked to my p2p account

Nop all of your below 20 characters will have the xp unlocked I think even if you don't log in on them.

damn that sucks, thanks for letting me know, im playing veteran at the moment but im on magtheridon, how many people are in this defias brotherhood horde veteran guild? i might be tempted to make some toons

They will just unlock when you log into them while having the starter edition limits. When you start paying again or attach the 10 day trial the characters who were never logged during this preriod with xp-lock will stay xp-locked., others wont.
