Blurred speed does not stack with your cloak enchant that you will be getting, so you can have a total of 120% non stealth speed with minor speed enchant. Attack power is above all, defias belt scales better than the other belts while in bg, use your zandalar should chant, lizardscale cloak is bis, use boa sword offhand.
You can safely copy Saxxon's gear knowing that it is BIS. Saxx @ Bleeding Hollow - Community - World of Warcraft. You won't be able to obtain Thrall's Gift, but I think Forest Leather Bracers are 2nd best, then black wolf. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

edit 2: boa pants are definitely bis, especially if one of your old mains has leatherworking and can get you the primal leg armor chant!

Correct, everything scales to lvl19/ilvl 20 something (22/23/24 I don't quite remember
) so some older and lower level gear items end up giving higher stats in bg as opposed to outside bg, example defias belt or thrall's gift. thrall's gift gives 7 agi in bg when it scales up, but 3 agi outside bg.
