Would you prefer a community stream or Gamers-League stream?

Sign ups are being reopened until the 26th at 11:59pm, the first team to sign up will replace Laughing Skulls and receive their 10th seed.

Shouldn't it just be blank and treated like a bye whenever their seed comes up? Tournament has started after all. I know people want someone to play but they signed up not others, we already extended sign ups. I know from my experience with running tournaments, granted a little more cutthroat in prize money, people can get upset when rules are adjusted or changed outright. There is no "God Rule" where the tournament directer is able to change any rule if the situation calls for it.

So what I'm saying is, when a team drops out you should treat it like a DQ. Who ever plays them just wins 1-0 without ever playing a game.

PM'd in the past about bring up certain rules, glad to know I was ignored about these. Peace.

I'm pretty sure every team participating feels like the money involved is a nice bonus, but just having the title 2015 Twink Cup Champions just means so much more.

I offered help for rules with the TC and this is one of the things I was worried about, me not being a prominent player in the bracket since early cata doesn't have anything to do with it. I run tournaments all year long, 6 times a week so what do I know about running tournaments right? I've given away almost 200k so far this year and I was very willing to help with the TC. But rules are being altered with can actually lead to more problems.

(Hass), money is a great motivator but this is TI, the reddit for twinks, people want to beat people. Beating people helps your performance more than just taking a DQ'd win. But I feel that is the way it needed to be handled. So glad you read it but you missed the point.

The same could be said for me except the last sentence, yet i'm very involved, why me and not you? Because I put my money were my mouth is, instead of occasionally dropping hints of extreme wealth that the community "could have benefited from if such and such didn't happen", like you've been known to do on a few occasions. Superstylin' has the right of this. Yet if you are telling the truth than it seems to me that you enjoy dangling something in front of someones face only to snatch it away and that just brings you lower than otherwise and tells me your very insecure. So which is it?

Literally no one wants your help. If they did they would have come to you like they did to actual relevant players in the bracket like Pizza, HB, Conq, etc.

Go run a tournament on some irrelevant BC private server realm where you belong.
 
Dear people who think this is my money being given away, I wish I had 200k to give away from my pocket. These are sponsored events and tournaments with entry fees as high as $2500. But please bring on the flames, lets just together! And no I don't run tournaments on a private BC server, I've never even said what kind I run but you guys can keep guessing that.

EDIT: Talked to Myrm. Can't we all just get along?
EDIT 2: Never mind, I don't care what the TI kids think.

hey Myrm is there a reason that Gamer's League doesn't have anything on their site referencing the Twink Cup with less than a week to go?

The gamers league people involved with the twinkcup have joined the NWL stream team convo and so have other community streamers for the twinkcup, so we are all in consistent contact, not that that answers your questions, hope it puts down some of the anxiety tho, they've been outfitting us with ddos protections.

Oh i'm not worried about them actually doing it. I just don't understand why we have 0 promotion so far from them. I was under the assumption since we were giving up our tournament to these buffoons that we would in turn gain promotion and exposure.

So far it just seems that they're simply streaming it and that's it.

seems true to be honest. i joined after this whole battle of the atlantic thing so to me it seems like they are just some site that is going to be streaming it on their channel. if they are partnered, they will be profiting off the views as well.
 
All graveyard jumps are not allowed, including jumps using the new fences and wall jumping to get inside the graveyard from below it.
