blizzard try to protect leveling players from being facerolled by twinks, at the same time merge brackets like f2p with 29s and 90s with 91-99
ive leveld one druid and one warrior from 15 to 60 only doing BGs, and most of the time there were people geared enough to face some twinks
and 90s bracket, full prideful facing 1200mmr people with 675 weapons who cant increase their rating at 100s, not to mention those monk/hunter/warrior bots everywhere
