Hey all! Took a long break from the 70 bracket and wanted to start back up again for old times sake and was curious as to what the meta is now. Rogues still dominate? Dk's with Siphon still one shotting? Was thinking about a blood DK since i've heard some good things about them at 70 (and they're easy to get to 70) but figured i'd ask you guys first. Thanks!
 
Feral Druids practically 2 shotting people with 15k+ Bites while I'm Scorching people for 200 and Pyroing for 4k. It's that bad.

I'd assume rogue and priest are overpopulated but what classes are decent and underpopulated? I'm trying to come into the bracket after a few years of not playing and I wanna get stuck in but hesitant about the class im going to pick.

go with monk then. they're really good. and rarely seen

my affliction lock without gear does 6k haunt crits im pretty sure an affliction lock with full gear can pull off some sick damage.
and my mage does 6k ice lances and 10k pyros, its all about finding the right gear to maximize your damage

ANYTHING can be good. if geared right and played right. yes there is the FOTM classes like always but anything can be good.

yup ur damage is great, but i dont think having that gear makes mages good baseline in comparison to alot of classes.
I mean imagine a shadow priest with that gear.. going off last seasons bis gear (swp stuff) etc. mage damage is lower compared to nearly every caster
gotta grind aldor and MH rep now : (

Heh his crit chance is also practically nonexistant. And yeah when Feral Druids are doing 15k+ Ferocious Bites, I'd say Mages are a lot worse now than where they used to be.
 
Yeah thats true, he was frost when i seen him test his damage but with that gear he can crit about 7-8k with pyyro out of skirms.. blizzard rly fucked up on the scaling
Yeah feral is disgusting atm there worse than prots last season. Disc / Mage is still decent since the amount of cc u can throw out is insane, Im sure frost will get another buff really soon. It makes me cry when i cant even 1v1 any other class as frost. Last patch we had imp cs and deep didn't break now i have 0 utilities that will help me kill anything 1v1, and orb is so easy to avoid now aswell Q_Q

So Warriors, Hunters & maybe Mages?

What about locks?

I wanna build up a toon and get them the plagueheart mog eventually so clothies are favorable to me.
