Darkmoon Fair help WOD

Is Dark moon fair artifacts bugged? Ive done every instance multiple times multiple and Ive seen not one of the dungeon artifacts ?
 
I can confirm first-hand that Randolph Moloch drops the Ornate Weapon in the current patch.
 
I noticed a change with the pvp artifacts. In EOTS and Arathi yesterday the artifacts are not personal loot anymore.
If someone loots there is a roll with need and greed. Because you are in a raid group.

Is this a bug? Or meant to be like this?

Crystal is removed because the mob has changed iirc. On the positive side they implemented a new daily for DMF (the fire rings) so you can get seven tickets (eight if you log in before reset the night DMF starts) so we only lose 3 (or 2...) possible tickets per DMF.

As for the need/greed roll for PvP artifacts, not sure it's intended but it's not a bad change I suppose. Just need it like everyone else.

This is a terribad change imo since now people who actually loot bodies aren't rewarded for it since usually someone else takes the artifact.
example -> so far I got like 2 and lost between 15-20 artifacts.
ONCE I got a pop for an artifact that someone else looted...
tbh I won't be bothered anymore with looting since I'm just boosting other people like this...

Incidentally, I was up the night DMF started, and it didn't open at midnight like it had done in the past. It looks like they may have changed it to open at 3am when dailies reset. I didn't stay up til 3am to positively confirm when it opens, but I can confirm that it didn't open when it used to.

Perhaps it was the DST 1 hour shift? I can confirm I got extra 6 tickets by doing dailies on Sunday twice.

I suppose that's possible, but with the AGM, the time change moved the event one hour earlier, not one hour later. I don't remember if I was still up at 1am or not. Maybe I should have tried zoning out and back in, I don't know. Good to know that it's still possible though.
