stay 20/24 or go 28/29 ?

due to scaling i dont know what to do..

i have a 24 hunter with 3800 hp 40% crit 115-116 dmg Set / 5400 hp 33% crit 111-112 dmg Set / 4800 hp 37% crit 119-120 dmg Set
and this Sangmêlée @ Skullcrusher - Community - World of Warcraft it seems subtlety is not the best spec anymore or it might be me

would you stay like this(not level) or Level to 28/29 depending on which class ofc

scaling doesnt seem to be working so good man.
you get a chunk of hp in bgs, but the damage of lower toons doesnt seem to be bumped good enough.
cant say ive had any trouble killing any pre-29s yet.

Until someone goes through and does all the scaling and comparing, really can't be sure.

I've done the research on the scaling on 20, 24, 28, 29(no scaling). thanks to kratos showing me 26 is viable as well.

Can you link the armory of the hunter ?

And would you say you plan on doing BGs or Arenas more? Because the opportunity to have Freezing Trap at level 28 for Arenas specifically is pretty important.

Scaling is great if your weapon is boa. Non boa weapons don't scale properly at 29.
