Crit bracers from SFK with agi enchant.
Bandit stachel cloak with 12 pvp power
finish herb.
aldor/scyrer shoulder enchant
forget brawler gloves unless you want 24stam enchant.
boraen stam kit on chest imo > 3 all stats

ofc double agm (iirc helm/shoulders should hit cap you, if not just get hit/crit enchant on boots)

Not bad so far.

iirc = if i recall = if i remember right, helm/shoulders should hit cap

edit: oh and yes, sfk = shadowfang keep

Hey I am almost BiS monk cept i need agility bracers.Not sure if I'm gonna be going for agility rings cause frankly the 10 stam from monkey is kind of nice...

Edit: Oh and also I am considering switching back to engineering to get parachute cloak for agility and net-o-matic trinket for catching EFCs. Still debating.

I was so intrigued by your characters... that I went and made my own 24 WW monk, I have yet to run into another WW Monk at the 24 bracket.

He's not finished, Can't get my bandit belt to drop. I also have to farm rep for shoulders still and also finish my skinning and herbalism

I'm thinking about making one of these... how hard do your guys' Blackout Kicks etc crit for? I've never seen one and I wouldn't want to make a character only to have it be terrible. Thanks!

WW monks are unbelievable fun. Blackout Kick hits anywhere between 150-650 for me (depending on mail, leather, cloth, Dancing Steel, Berserk Buff) The best part about monks is that they have abnormally high white damage. For instance, when I use tiger palm, it will hit for like 140, then i will see a normal-noncrit white hit for 220.

Also Monks hit fast, so those white hits really help. For the 24 bracket I feel they are balanced. We have no slowing abilities except serpent kick, but 3-4 ways to sprint. We have Karma for when pesky rogues try to cheap kill us. There's a lot of crying about karma being unfair at this level, but honestly, everyone targets the energy user out of stealth.

Monks have higher survivability than any other class that has no healing abilities. Also make great EFC killers. Make one, but make sure it's on the horde so I don't have to kill you.
 
fun fact: MW usually hit harder with blackout kick than what a WW do. :D
