WoD Racials

"In Warlords of Draenor the Undead Will of Forsaken’s cooldown will be changed as well. Increased by 1 minute it will now be 3 minutes, instead of 2 minutes."

/slit wrist if that goes perm.

What if it didnt share a CD with Trinket?

Why would you need that than... ! Blizz sucks -_- !

I think that would make it a bit easier to deal with, and the gnomes would need a shared CD on Trinkets too.

The only way I can see the Factions being more balanced is not mentioned in the article. The removal of hit customization would bring them slightly closer together. I have a hard time on Horde reaching the hit cap on my rogue, even with all heirlooms and having engineering helm. I can't wait till I can wear my Weather Beaten Fishing Hat and will be able to learn 2 professions like Alliance.

As far as the Racials go, some are better and some are worse. I will just wait until I am playing the new expansion to decide if I feel like I need to change race or not. Most likely I will buy Warlords of Draenor for my full acct if I can get it activated again, and just have some fun exploring the new content for a month or so. Although I'm preety sure I won't be able to stay away from FTP for too long, I have had more fun here than I did playing MoP.

I have 2 BoA's with hit now, I just had a hard time leveling my first rogue Ihu because I bought all the wrong gear. If only I had bought Stained Shadowcraft Tunic first instead of last, I would have been hitcapped with those and Hogger's Trousers.

But my current rogue Kenny I have put more time into, and has BoA shoulders and chest with Hit, and with the engineering helm equipped, I wanted to change my pants to Smelting Pants for more stamina/crit. I don't know how to calculate how much hit I need to not miss 24s with special attacks, but with this setup, a level 23 chance to miss is 0.59%. I haven't had time to grind for rare items with Hit and I'm just glad I won't have to now. There's not much you can customize on the horde side without loosing big stats.

On the Alliance side though, they get hit capped without any BoA's, they get the Hogger's Trousers, Rifle Commander's Eyepatch, and Ello's Band just from quests and dungeons. In a few hours you can make an Alliance toon that's hit capped ready to bg, it's much harder on the Horde with regards to Hit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't 8 hit rating be enough to melee hit cap? Any more hit would "only" increase the hit chance with off hand and therefore the white offhand damage and poison application chance.

You are correct sir, he's well over hit cap at +20 hit.
