Problem with Arenas

Did a few 2s today on my 71 rogue and I noticed that I was not getting any rating. My rating and games played would remain at 0. The winning arena screen would show that I gained "96" rating after every win, but after I come out of the arena, I would still be at 0. When someone inspects me, it also says 0 games played and 0 rating.

I have tried:
/reload
restarting wow
locking and unlocking exp

None of which fixed the issue. All my other twinks are fine; this problem only affects 1 toon. Any ideas?

71 rogue? You're the problem with arena.
On a more serious note, It's been said that there's a bug preventing level 71s specifically from gaining rating. So at level 72 It's fine.

Why does what I care about matter so much to you? I posted a question, he posted an aswer; just wanted confirmation. So by your logic, does that mean people will take you seriously if you are 70? Kind of ironic if you think ratings matter at all in any twink bracket.
