hmm ... Reforge all Exp

So one of my friends is making a 85 dk and hes using Aelo @ The Maelstrom - Community - World of Warcraft as a guide he asked me today why Aelo has reforge all Exp and he must be over capped can anyone help him out...

I wanna say it is because of him soloing pve content, not sure tho

High chance the last content he did on it was 85's vs 90's content soo.....

The hit/exp caps are 7.5% each against a Cataclysm raid boss and I go for them both in Blood spec as I mostly just solo stuff on that character.

You'd be still able to solo stuff without reforging everything to expertise thought

soloing is easy...but beat enrage timer that different thing , that why need soft caps.
about 15% caps - that was for MoP raid

He's only reforging to expertise because there is very little naturally on gear. capping expertise at 7.5% is more important than haste for DPS, even as blood.

Zon'ozz = Killed 6 secs after enrage
Al'akir (heroic) = Killed 5 secs after enrage
Occu'thar = Killed 3 secs after enrage
LK 25H = Killed when about to enrage
Baleroc = Killed 0.5 secs before enrage
Maloriak = Killed 9 secs before enrage
Morchok = Killed 12 secs before enrage
Cho'gall = Killed 21 secs before enrage
Shannox = Killed 30 secs before enrage
Yor'sahj = Killed 48 secs before enrage
Chimaeron = Killed 55 secs before enrage

So yeh, that expertise is definitely needed
