mongoose ench or tazic shocker at 19...patch 5.4?

I have to agree, alot of the 24's i run into seem very sour toward 19s.

And 24s who i have never seen before and dont even own a 19, are fully up on stuff going on in our bracket.

and basically kept going on about how everyone playing 19s is some egotistical ass and they dont want to deal with the Drama.
i often got the answer "to much drama".

I can agree in ways, but anywhere any situation in life, remotely competitve is gunna have individuals like that.

How far must one go to gain respect, thats on the individual. And people these days are pretty desperate.

The 19 bracket isnt as high in numbers as it used to be, so ur gunna find the hardcore players left, its natural.
 
We need someone to go to the PTR and let us know what we can and cannot do. I wish I had the time or the right Professions =[ to do this.
 
THRESK!! Long time no see. Back on topic: PTR patch is new and used for testing purposes. Maybe we should wait until it is about to go live before we get all in a tizzy about possible changes that may or may not make it in retail.

To be fair, the 19 bracket is littered with douchebags. But, there also some very nice and fun people to play with.

the only thing that keeps me playing 19s are those very nice, fun people to play with.....when you look at the grand scheme of things most of the community is nice and cares more about having fun than being elitist. Its a small part that makes every 19 look bad, aint that the way of life though?

Back on topic, More and more places I read about the enchants I see that it states they can be attached to herilooms, maybe just maybe we wont be able to get high level enchants on regular gear.

You can apply it to regular gear.

I'll be posting a few of my findings in a couple hours.

Off-hand enchants, leg spellthreads and shoulder inscriptions all scaling.

Higher level required still to apply shoulder enchants, etc.

Can somebody with a Blacksmith main test socketing gloves and bracers?
Try doing it through trade window or on BoEs or something

Check if low level enchants like lets say something gives 200 str and another gives 500 str will they be the same at 19 or would the 500 one be better. Also are the enchants we have at 19 atm still BiS?

They are scaling quite close (ie. our stam to bracers vs the higher level stam to bracers, at 29 and 39 its 11 stam, I'll check on my 19 when I'm home)

But we have access to things like 7 haste to boots now (after scaling)

I've been writing up a post, but I'm actually leaving in 45 min for the weekend and I won't be back until Sunday.

When I'm back, I'll check what has been posted on here and try to figure out the rest.

Thank you for the help. Can't wait to see a list of enchants with their scaling at 19.
 
80 stats to chest = 3 stats at 19 (worse)

40 stam to bracer = 15 stam at 19

Blurred Speed = Minor Speed + 5 Agi

Enchanting BoA ring doesn't work, enchant still requires 550 Enchanting

Stats are looking the same as 29s and 39s, I'm getting many of the same findings.

Jade Spirit - 62 int on proc
Dancing Steel - 62 str/agility on proc
Colossus - 281 dmg absorb on proc
Windsong - 56 haste/crit/mastery on proc

+165 int OH enchant - 6 int
+180 int bracer enchant - 7 int
+180 int cloak enchant - 7 int
+175 haste boot enchant - 7 haste
+170 haste glove enchant - 6 haste
+80 stats chest enchant - 3 stats
+200 resil chest enchant - 8 resil

Shoulder inscription - 8 int 4 crit
Spell thread - 11 int 6 crit

Some quick notes:

All normal enchants are usable by low level characters. Inscription shoulders, belt buckles, and leg armors still require a high level character to apply them. I didn't get a 39 character over to the PTR yet, it's still crashing often and I ran out of character copies. Will try more when it's stable.

Naxx shoulders working, not scaling (I guess since they are level 60)

30 stam 15 resil to shoulders scaling to 11stam + 6resil

+100hp to head working, not scaling.

150hp to chest adding 112

100mana to chest no longer adding mana.

oh man im so excited for this. Im sure people can exploit this and get tanks back over 3k hp at 19. but this should be alot of fun. Going to try out a haste build on my priest in the ptr and see how that works as well. will update.
 
Has anyone tried some of the engineering attachments?
 
fuck this. so we need a high lvl with each of these professions on our server in order to get bis?
