The level requirement has not yet dissapeared so as for now DKs only work for US F2P players. You have an US F2P acc (guessing by links in your sig) so just create a Death Knight on Moon Guard and enjoy

You can still create DKs at Moon guard US.

as of 6.1 you can't make death knights as f2p

edit: most servers can't, moonguard can as stated above, so benefits are still available

What's the fastest way to grind for reputation for the Pandarens? I'm trying to get the level 40 mounts.

There are some rumors about DKs being playable at level 1. If that turns out to be true I will rewrite the guide.

Death Knights on Moon Guard (US) are now unplayable for F2Ps. Previously created characters and new characters show up as (Inactive) because they are above level 20.
