Keep in mind 300mining, pendant of the agate shield buff and bear form are on to show that HP.
There are better pants, but they come from the same quest as the boots and the boots come out on top.
As for the offhand, there is also tome of the dawn. It's easier to get and you get the 5int, I just put the rod for the hit and slight increase in agi.
EDIT: Forgot about Charged Gear and Furbolg Medicine Pouch. You can get +2stam if you switch to those two pieces.

This is probably the best way to go. Just make sure to fill out the talents too, you gain a benefit to bear form HP from the first tier resto talents.

im sure intellect would be better than 15 agi? GSoJ and the boa shoulders would make more sense right? assumin the resil will make up for the loss in stam.

Well the whole point in rolling resto FC is for the mobility. Being able to shift out of roots keeps you on the move without a Priest in tow. You're not going to be healing very much as a resto FC, and your sure as hell not going to be standing there taking hits. Until MoP goes live, the amount of resil on any gear for 29s is pointless.

Indeed tbh you will want as close to 2k mana as possible you will be doing MANY shapeshifts.i think resil will be a help tho i wonder if you can stack enough to make a big enough difference without having access to the 15 res to chest ...my guess would be that it wont.Hard part is being squishy
(.you will be struggling to break 25% PDR as a resto druid...wierd that preists can easily hit 33% in cloth sigh...hunters and rogues hurt.also i was wondering what race? tauren/NE imo would be ideal with 15NR to cloak in my Healing set i run aorund with 48NR which Does help with rogue poisens,pisses off shaman (purgein of yer rejuv,and a ton of dmg resistance to druid/ele shaman dmg aswell as built in root resists which will help you keep yer mana pool up)

Woops. My bad. Next highest stam are resilient handgrips (10stam, 3int) or you can do Vigorous Handguards of the Monkey (9/9) and keep the BC enchant. Those are your best bet for stamina.
Other than that if you care at all about intellect. Eldritch Gloves come from a lvl 26 Quest, give you 9stam 7int. But are NOT BC enchantable.
If I were you, I'd do the 9/9 monkey gloves and get a BC chant.
PS: There are other similar items, but I did not mention them all.
