Making a Return - 19's

Hey!
I just recently reactivated my account and still have tons of 19's left.
However I have no idea where to start, I have a 19 rogue and pally both geared (i think?) but I have no idea where to start.
Can someone let me know what the deal is as far as guilds, new builds, gear, queue times, etc.?

Welcome back, there are tons of guides for gearing. If there isn't a guide for you, just go to the armories, anyone with 10k+ hks imo and is active will most likely be bis excluding the possible Tarantula silk sash/jutebraid/mindthrust and shadowfangs

I found the threads for the gearing, I have most of it already (Shadowfang, etc.)

.. But I was mostly wanting to know what servers (horde) that the most active 19 guilds are on, if there are any. Thanks :)
 
No real reason to server xfer to a guild unless you just want to go to duel and wargame- but Bleeding Hollow, Elune, akama i believe is home to some 06' dojers. Just some decent servers to go to, but bleeding hollow is king.
