Just got my GM reply finally. Basically said that the dev team is aware of the problem bla bla bla and they are working to fix it. I said people are concerned the items will be grandfathered and that a level req would be a viable solution and he said that's probably what is going to happen, happy days...although the question now is: how long will this take?

great this ruins my warr (29) -.- bc the satchel gloves are ilvl 35 and i can enchant 15 strength on them ...
with lvl requirement this won't work anymore

Well not really because that's the ITEM level. If those gloves are from the 25 satchels then the req will be more than likely the minimum level needed to obtain them so 25 or w/e.

Note that this might be a more fruitful way to adress the issue (in case of course people want to adress the issue in the first place) than pushing forth a Thread on a barely-read-by-Blues part of an already stepchilded Blizz Forum (much like the Real-ID fiasco only got real momentum when the outrage spilled over into non-Blizz media).
