Fishing Hat Thread

I want to keep a running list of fishing hats per week. This will give us a better look at fishing rates, give us a way to congratulate each other for getting one of the more RNG related things in game and will give me a way to figure out whether or not people getting hats are playing.



Format: Armory Link: TI Name: Main Twink: Weeks Fished on THAT Char (If Given). Please do give this information if you can. It makes it easier to index and sort. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post on the thread, find me in game etc.

A lot of forums have low character amounts per posts, TI's is relatively high, it's understandable.

Buffresto @ Aerie Peak - 1 week, approx 1 hr 30 mins fishing

Zeuscannon @ Aerie Peak - 1 week, approx 6 mins fishing

Oxygen @ Aerie Peak - 2 weeks, approx 2 hrs 30 mins fishing



I'm not finding the armory links, the alt coded ones are in my sig and buffresto's armory is bugged



4 hours fished for shaurooke with no hats
 
R Prime - Juggernaüt - 4 weeks fishing

R Prime - Jackshandy - 3 weeks fishing



One 19 I have tried about 8 weeks fishing and no hat... another 19 has about 3 weeks fishing and no hat.

I have/had 4 19s with hat and each time it took between 3 and 8 tries. This was back in vanilla/BC mainly.



For me the only noticeable difference is they have reduced the critter level in STV a few times - making aggro ranges far less annoying around the coastline.

GTFO. I can't remember how long I've been fishing but my rate is something like this:



Three pairs of boots, three fishing lines, and no hats! D:< Hell, the one time I got two special fish in a row (one cast after another, same pool). One was the damn boots and the other was a fishing line. It was cool at first but now it's just sickening, 'Oh a fish, my hat OMG :D Oh, wait, boots Q_Q'.



It's really bad cause I'm at the point were I'm so desperate I'm there til the last second. It's like a bar before closing, all the regular lonely people every weekend just trying to get lucky in love but with hats instead :D
