DK's will be able to start at low level?

well monks will bring some diversity to 15-19 bracket.
i was just on the phone with my friend who was a hardcore D&D player, he said when monks were added to that game, they were touted as just another common class (blizz btw has said same thing and said they are not a hero class) but that was far from true in D&D, cause they ended up being a serious OP class.

55-59 is flooded with DK's cos they're the only class starting at 55.
