title says most of it. ever since august 27th, a new ad has been appearing on TI and it opens a YOU ARE THE WINNER FOR AUGUST 27TH FOR B.C and it happened every day since then. (my computer is 2 years old with a good antivirus software). Just today a rogue spyware got installed on my computer and it didnt allow me to open anything at all, so i had to run safe mode and install malwarebytes and i did fix it, but im still a little shaky. Could it be Twinkinfo? i really dont think its the problem, maybe it was my computer just getting old.

My question is, could it be the ads, or do i not realize i am causing these some other way on my own?

TL;DR is what your probably thinking, but please read.

To be exact the virus was called Security Protection Designed to Protect

I do not have this issue at all. Download and run Malwarebyte's Antivirus, Avast!, and CCleaner.

Tried to download malware antivirus, but now i keep getting redirected in firefox, and i have no idea and my security program keeps saying more threats are here, so im scared to do anything that requires a password.

I had this problem before with xfire and arenajunkie websites all I had to do was a virus scan you can download a free virus scanner from the mircrosoft website 100% free scans your whole computer.

so whats the point of all the anitvirus stuff n shit then? just for email/downloading files?

One thing is for sure they are selling the e-mails of all the users of twinkinfo.com to whatever shitty companies who send wow scams that looks like official blizzard mails to steal your account. After that don't try to make it look like you want blizzard to balance low level pvp hand to hand with them, if at the end of the day you are just their enemies... Don't ask me how I know, and don't even try to deny it.

^ wouldnt surprise me. which is why neither my email i used here or the password are related to my wow acct

I'm fairly certain any WoW related website you go to is being tracked by those people that send constant emails for faked wing guardians or "suspicious account activity" for emails.

Sounds like something Daman would do alright.

I dont know how they do it. But I do know I even get Runescape spam while I don't even know how that game looks like.

And those scammers sending mails to an e-mail account not related to a wow account is pretty hmmmmm...
