what class do you guys has the highest skill cap at this level?

arena: warrior>rogue>shaman>lock>rest





wsg: cc mage>druid>d shaman>lock>rest
 
Mages for both arena and WSG. Then priests.

You have a good point there. But terribad mages most of the time roll a different class while bad rogues tend to keep playing rogue.
 
hunter skill cap for 19 is actually pretty high because of the complex ways to use, pet abilities, melee abilities, traps, and cc that only a few hunters know how to do. Most people just say hunters are low skill cap because it doesn't take a very high skill to beat most classes with a hunter at this level. Skill required to kill other players and skill cap are two different things.
