How to get Tanaan Jungle to scale down to level 11?

A little confused, trying to kill Tanaan rares, but they are all lev 40+? Shadowmoon valley is scaled ot me properly. Ive tried it both in regualr time and in WoD chromie time.
As soon as i fly to Tanaan i get wiped by everything.

Probably just being stupid. but thanks for any help.

High level kills rare for you and then trades.

The loot from rares in Tanaan is fixes at ilvl 44.

You kill the rare with a high level character and hope sometihing good drops and then trade it to your 10/11
(The low level needs to be there during the kill)

Can someone tell me how to get the Forgotten One to scale to 10 in Dragonflight? I need the Amnesia neck piece.

Can a strictly f2p account get the neckpiece and jewelcrafting sockets?

I watched a level 11 DK one shot the NPC but to me it's like a skull (level 40 or something).

You have to have completed the dragon flight campaign(main story lines in each zone) on a high level, then all the zones scale down for your alts. If you are f2p, you can farm this rare: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=187745/disoriented-watcher It's dropped several times for me, just not 100% like the forgotten one.

Just wanted to thank you again.
Disorientated Watcher seems to be on a daily timer, so only the first kill yields good loot.
I received Amnesia my second day, so I guess I am pretty lucky or the drop rate is higher than 6%.
