What or whom got you into twinking?
I've always known about twinking basically when I started playing wow back in TBC, I never "truly" twinked but I used to take level 19s into bgs whenever I ended up getting lucky blue drops from WC/Deadmines. I started ACTUALLY twinking in WotLK at level 60. Had a Paladin named Fourtyoz. I couldn't even drink then let alone spell "forty" correctly.
What is your favorite class?
Warrior is hands down favorite class, I've played one at endgame since TBC. Always having the option to play defensively, swap to a shield, disarm, CC, but also be able to go on the offensive and output crazy burst was awesome. I always liked the idea of enhance shaman but never bothered.
What is your favorite race?
If I had to go by look, orc and undead. If I don't play either of those, its cause I'm min-maxing the racial.
Where is home for you?
In game? wherever my character is, IRL? South-East Michigan. Growing up in a state that's always had a solid hockey team (other than the past 10 years or so) also got my started on hockey at a young age. Still play beer league on Sundays and will probably play until I can't walk anymore. That being said, the Red Wings are my favorite sport team as well.
What is/was your favorite expansion pack?
Wotlk and Cata were both pretty fun for me, these were when I actually started understanding the game and how to actually play it rather than just looking at other peoples specs and pressing buttons.
What server was your first twink guild on?
Twink guild? Actually bleeding hollow we made a guild called "of bleeding hollow" and like nobody joined lol
Favorite guild you've been in/all time?
Favorite guild of all time would probably have been... No Respect, I cant remember what server but we would run 40 man AV pre-mades all the time back in TBC and that shit was unbelievably fun.
Where did the name CigNus originate from?
I was starting my twitch account back in 2013 I was trying to think of a new handle, I was peering through records I had sitting on my desk and I took a look at the album Hemispheres by Rush, and the first and 5th songs are Cygnus X-1 Book II and Cygnus Bringer of balance. So I typed it in, naturally Cygnus was taken so I went with Cignus. The Counter Strike naming convention of tossing a capital letter in there was the only reason for the capital 'N' lol

I do! but not without help of some inspiration. The grey one with long hair that looks like the murrays man, was because I was into the 1930s cartoon style when I was playing cuphead (Great game btw) and this latest one was inspired from a game called sludge life. which I have bought and still haven't played, damn game sales... lol
What kind of cellphone we running?!
Pixel 4a kept all up to date with the latest updates and security patches. I only really use my phone for Twitter, YouTube, Discord, and occasionally XPOFF.
How long have you had your Youtube Channel?
Not very long actually... My first "real" video when I started committing to YT was Dec 31, 2019 so almost 2 years to the date! I was super into Destiny 2 PVP at like a competitive solo level... I hit fabled and then started doing actual build guides for hunters (ironic) then hopped to valorant when I was in the beta and then straight to Albion Online where I stayed until shadowlands came out...

Thank you, I've found if you try to help a community first before slamming your content into their channels they are much more receptive to you as a person, let alone someone trying to create and being a voice in their space.

Its getting a little outdated now but an AMD 2700X 32gigs of ram and a 1080ti that's still kicking!
How many other cpu-games have you "twinked" out in?!
So if you mean how many other games have I taken the amount of time to understand at the same level as WoW I would have to say Destiny 2 and Albion Online. I haven't went back to either once I started shadowlands back up but I also haven't really wanted to until recently. I feel like I'm almost out of twink content for this expansion, at least stuff I can teach people about.
Are the other game-communities similar to WoW or are we a mess?!
Hahaha everyone that plays albion and destiny hate the game, at least that's what their subreddit says about it lol. the community in albion was a cluuuuuster fuck, a lot of unbelievable shit would happen over there, real money transactions where PLAYERS would move from guild to guild in order to help them place in the top position of the seasons. People would stay in guilds, get really high up the ranks and then rob the guild blind. It really was wild but in a sandbox mmo, it added a little bit of flavor but I never was one for the drama.
Is editing easy or just a pain? What program are you using?
I've been doing it for about 2 years now so I would say I'm pretty used to it. and I don't really do a lot of "editing" I cut and trim a lot, I know how to input font and images on screen but there's a LOT I don't know how to do that I just don't have the time to learn. I use Adobe Premiere Pro now, I used to use Davinci Resolve (Free) and it worked pretty damn good! I used to get crashes while rendering though so I bit the bullet and bought an adobe cloud subscription.
Your productivity speaks for its self, what's next?!
You call it productivity, I call it undiagnosed ADHD and hyper-fixation. There's some things in the game that I think explain themselves but I could still probably make videos about them so its kind of endless. I just have to take a step back and think, "what did I have a hard time figuring out?" I've always liked video editing, its a lot of fun and allows me to use my creative side. From an IT nerd I'm usually stuck using hardcore logic and problem solving all day so to let my creativity out after a long day fixing shit its relaxing. I just want people to enjoy the shit I make, that's the main reason I came from Twitch to YT.
How is the 20s Arena scene? I know you've commited some time.
It's cool, surprisingly chill but I like to think we've kind of harbored that space to be as such. It's definitely slowing down though as is the overall interest people have with wow towards the "end" of the expansion but we'll see I kind of want to do another, shorter, arena season to help ignite that spark again.
The core pillars of the arena-community are legit players, are they fun to be around?
They are! I would actually suggest interviewing one of them next, Fael taught me everything about Demo Warlock in arenas, Krew and Wizkid are both gods, Flynn is one of the best rogues I know. Bop will argue with you the theory of something until wits end but overall agree with you

There's a bit of both but I think most offenders of both of those things have either quit the game or we have no idea what each another is talking about.
You're a hardcore Horde player, why?
I have played horde since day one so there's a bit of nostolgia there, however I do have alliance twinks in TF and maybe SaG soon! I just only have one ally toon that was actually ready and transferred to my vet account. A rogue/warlock/shaman are almost ready and my F2P project is an Alliance Rogue!
Do you miss Alliance cities?!
Honestly without flying, Stormwind is fucking terrible lol. Iron Forge is my favorite ALLIANCE city and should probably chill there more on my vets lol

We're already twinking, we already have a pretty ridiculous advantage over levelers, I don't want that kind of advantage over other twinks as well... I think of twinking like endgame, fully geared toons have an advantage over fresh 60s but not coming down to skill is something that just feels weird. I also say that while having a warlock, warrior, and priest twink at my disposal lol

You're welcome, there's some more ideas in the works but those drop-ship type companies do most of the work for me. We've also raised almost enough money for a month of server costs!

That mug is awesome, I've been using mine like crazy, I wish it was a LITTLE bigger but the quality is surprisingly good. I got a hoodie which is super comfy and the tri-blend shirt is soft and a bit slimmer fit! I know you got the long sleeve, I'm curious as to how it fits!

Referring to the store there's something Yoube did for the 39s bracket back in the day that I'm thinking about doing for the 20s bracket! Otherwise I think I'm gunna put up a vote for what the community wants next.
As for content, nothing secret just the usual, streams have been getting a little more popular which is cool but I'm not a streamer, I don't really have the time to devote to it. The two hour streams I have been limiting myself to have been working out pretty damn good for absence of a schedule!

Wired honestly just cause I love my Endgame Gear XM One. I can't bring myself to buy a $200 Logitech mouse. I used to be a peripheral freak, I've got like 7 or 8 mice, and the same amount of keyboards lol. I will probably get a wireless mouse once endgame gear makes a wireless one. I just dig the company lol
How is the new Alliance Community coming along?! wtf happened?!
It's doing alright I just started one because the last communities invite code got changed and all my characters got booted.
It's my understanding that there was a misunderstanding about the purging of the armory, which was an obvious mistake on my part without the communities input but I genuinely didn't think that people were that fond of the armory thread. It really brought people out of the woodwork that haven't even been active on the forums in months! But anyways I'm working with some of the mods of the other community to get back into it and posting it publicly/pinned on the 20s sub forum, a community with inclusive and understanding people is a good one.
You've been making MVP moves within the community and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you've done!
You're welcome man and like I kind of stated before, the amount of shit I'm able to accomplish when I have an interest in something and an entire workday to accomplish it (being in a remote position is awesome) and hyper-fixating on something can really make productivity seem extremely high!
