You could even go titans grip with double princess scepters for the *cough* 300 dmg proc...

So I kind of hate this because it was something that I enjoyed being "the guy" when there was no reason to, but there is a decent chance that the postmaster set from strat could be some of the best stuff around if the bonuses scale well.
As much as I enjoyed the novelty of my Karl rp character, I don't want ppl to miss out on it since it will be best to farm this now so you don't have enchant issues (not really following so idk if that is valid) later.

Yeah I noticed this, but seriously, why would Blizz have a public test realm and not implement the scaling? What’s the point of testing something that isn’t working as intended? I mean stats / secondaries and mob health isn’t what it’s going to be so it’s a waste for the public to test!
Sorry, I’m salty about this….

no idea about beta cuz they havent touched legendaries yet as far as i've seen but on retail glaives proc 75 haste which ain't too bad. it ain't bis but hey, you get to use glaives so you have that added 'cool' factor.

ilv 28s are now ilv 52 (up from 50 in previous build)
Artifacts are now the ilv that you had it previously (ilv 49s, wrapped relics ilv the 54s are back)

- I bet you can get better relics as well (perhaps quest reward epics) and scale your arti beyond ilv 54.

relics seem to be a higher ilvl too but cant see what ilvl they give to our weapons. i wonder if there's a chance that our artifacts can push higher than ilvl 87?
