Queues alread 9m long and growing :/

Just delurking to note that there's a non-malicious reason crafted gear twinking is spiking (and will continue to do so): Stackable consumables & materials went region-wide this week.

I've only twinked a bit over the years, always to facilitate solo farming of mats & recipes. That's been my #1 attachment to the game since I first opened dialogue with a profession trainer in late 2004. Until this week, I'd have NEVER looked at my stash of Outlands mats kept in case I randomly wanted to make something for tmog/commission and thought, "Hey, one of my barely-played DKs is 28. I could send a bunch of late-TBC socket gear & see how it feels." Those components were just too farming-intensive, sometimes not available at all on the retail AH, and if available on low-med pop would have added up to rival Legion 101 BoE prices for a single crafted piece in many cases... Before the partial AH merge.

I'm seeing pieces made (gear is still AH server-specific) & enchants listed (enchants are region-wide) that haven't been scanned on my server in YEARS. Everyone who likes making gear in retail just became vastly more free to do so.

Just try to keep the completely unprecedented conditions surrounding alt gearing in mind if it's coming across as a bored, lazy tourism rush to farm established twinks. A lot of ppl stoked to use TBC & WotLK patterns in retail will be on to some other weird, nonstandard-play project within a month.

Why are 29s so attached to their twinks? Why couldnt they just adapt and make a new 20?

imagine forgetting what twinking actually is about... to make the strongest version possible from your characters and now you are shitting on people who actually do it... you should ask yourself who is the actual retard here? do yourself a favor and adapt instead of crying a river in the forums.
 
Almost 7:30am Eastern Standard Time. Currently sitting in a battleground que as a level 29 with a five minute estimated wait. I am currently at 1 hour 5 minutes and counting.
The BG prior was short of Alliance players and a complete blowout. Not fun or entertaining at all.

Nope, you cant say these for every ppl.

1.
i dont like those Graveyard farming games, even if your current team is doing that.

2.
I saw many unskilled ppl with good twink gear, many times they dont even have clue about what to do in bgs.
Okay, you will say "they have fun with clueless playing style"

3.
there are many un or low geared who play with good attitude and with mood with playing as a team

4.
Those bgs were very good and fun where lvlers+ftps+vets were mixed in balance (ofc healers and dmgers)

5.
Sometimes 1-2 good vets can be gamechangers but honostly did you (all of us) ever played any bg where werent any twink?
I ran many times into gy farming games (not on our favor) where we had many twinks but they rushed us. Thats ok for me.
But the feeling when your random grp faced with premades and defeated them in very close game were fukin great too. I can say we could won 30-40% of games againts premades.

When we last had separated queues, I quite often had to wait 30mins, and then when I finally get in it’s a crap show because half of one team leaves the moment a flag is capped etc..
I’m hoping things stabilise and we actually get some decent games. One can only hope…

Most of us were children when we made our first twinks almost 20 years ago.
I do not enjoy the same thing as I did when I was 14.

The fact that you still have the mind of a 12 year old indicates that its you, you are the retard.

Riddle me this, if this bracket you play dies and you do not play your twinks until you are able to play in it again the way you want to. Are you not just hypocritically doing exactly what you are accosting us for?

Youre grasping for straws but I suppose theres something there, technically if they were to remake the bracket as 10-20 bracket xp locked. Then yes I suppose I would, since theres a well established 10s community, that would get nuked by 20s. Though theres a very slim chance that were to happend, and I chose to come back for it. You would be correct. I wouldnt hold my breath for that prophecy to come true though.
 
Kill the bracket ques Once the ques die blizz will respond.

the only way 29s will get pops is by multi account afk queuing. That will get noticed quickly.

Take it to the forums and open ptr bug reports. Daily. Log in starter edition accounts and complain there as well.

This is where I personally see the issue. Most ppl here, when they say “we need to adapt”, they mean “20s need to swallow it”. If they would care even a tiny bit about a healthy bracket, competition and other buzzwords, they would also just level 20s.

and i get that we aren’t paying customers, and why would they gimp themselves and all the other bullshit, and it’s completely okay, but then get off your high horse, and don’t act like you care about the bracket and competition.
