Things to do at 20 that aren’t battlegrounds

Sooooo I’ve been getting one shot much more than normal the last little while, and I gather after coming here that it’s because Blizzard has let mouthbreathing 29s into our BGs.

I’m not interested in giving them the satisfaction, but I do love my shaman. Do you guys have any ideas for fun things to do at 20 while we wait for Supäcow and his retard legion to get shoved back in their hole?

Yea, there's tons of stuff out there!

You can work on pet/mount/toy collections if thats your jam. Or reputations. Quest through 18 years worth of content (that was a fun one). Work on maxing out your professions. Max out your Garrison. Farm xmogs. Get into achievement hunting. Get real into exploring (theres a lot of cool little hidden areas and easter eggs to find).

The pve side of F2P has always been a huge part of its draw and honestly is the most rewarding part. With the exception of SL, we've never really been competitive in mixed PVP anyway, so its where most folks have focused historically anyway.

I have no idea who this person is but I just dont get what fun it is to win because you are over powered with gear or spec or w/e.

Like sure, a few games being super man is fun but if it doesnt get old quick you probably having something wrong in your brain. You arent a well adjusted person.

Feeling good about owning people while completely over powered for more than five minutes probably means you are partially retarded in development in some way.

Dont forget, you can focus on garrison/order hall progression on main and alts, there are alot of interesting stuff to be discovered there... As Chop said, you can go for proffesions as well, and if you are vet and have a guild of your own, you can focus on the guild achievments (theres some nice rewards there, like teleporting capes, banners for extra rep, additional heirlooms and shirt tmogs).

Turn wm on and hunt for higher lvls. Biggest population I found was in legion zones. Find something to do while you try to find anyone to kill, I personally did legion archeology. Its pretty funny seing people with around 10 lvls higher than you turn on you and instantly regret it once they realise how much damage does twink with open world pvp scaling

It's not for everyone, but I used to turn solo dungeon farms into speed runs. It started out of necessity while I was farming Underbog on my PvE hunter, but then turned into a minigame while I worked on the routing and tech.

It's crazy how much you can do with their kit at 20 + Bloodthorn Loop

Not trying to put anyone down here but if you enjoy pvp you would just make a 29. But the fact you have become emotionally attached to a level 20 video game toon is concerning and is a bigger issue. Any reasonable person would just make another toon. But this is on a weird level of attachment and you should probably just let the game go completely.

I think maintaining a subscription to PvP at level 29 is a bigger indication of addictive attachment. The main appeal of 20s to me is being able to play for free. It was neat having the option to PvP, but the PvE was my biggest draw. Unpopular opinion, but WoW PvP isn't that great. At high level it's all pillar humping, at low levels it's almost always a blowout. If I really need a PvP fix I play something else

On a level I do understand because I was around when they killed real twinking in wotlok. And I had to give up on my 49s 59s 60s 70s 79s then I moved to 24s then that changed back to 29s then that changed so I moved to 20. The thing is there always changing the game just roll with it and don't get to caught up on a toon because we all at some point put in a lot of time on one that we had to let go. And I'm not begging anyone to level a 29 if it dies it dies I've been through it before I'll just move on to the next thing and that's the only thing you can do
