Yes I did, something like that.
i also used 2-piece feral T5 as resto for instant regrowth out of bear, ya whatever bracket I am in, i am always "that guy".
but honestly, this 2-piece bonus is so good, too bad it's inactive now.

based on what i have seen, a fully geared 20 can still do quite a bit of damage to a fully gf'd 29. the gap isn't nearly as big as the 20 vs 24 days from a while back. yes, queues still pop.

That's because 99% of current 29's aren't actually bis for the current iteration of wow. In fact most don't even know what bis is. 20's have years of data and theory crafting to go off. 29's isn't a thing...until now.
