New Looking to get into Twinking/ LF guild

Title says it all, Ive been skimming alot of the forums and soaking all of the information about gearing and stuff a couple things im still not fully understanding.

Does it matter if the character is on a VET account or a subbed account, what is the difference. I couldnt find anything that specified an actual reason.

Second I'm looking for a pretty active guild to join as im no longer raiding and just looking to chill. NA guilds please
Hit me up or point me in the right direction of where to go please =D

Subbed acc: can't do bgs but you can join guilds.
Vet account: letting a subbed account run out and you'll be able stay in the guild and do bgs as a f2p.

If you're looking for guild it's - Dreanor, better luck next time - Argent dawn, Chinese guild - Ravencrest, Storming sewer rats.
Atleast that's for EU.
 
So what youre getting out is you need to gear a character on a subbed account and then transfer it to a non subbed account to be able to pvp with other twinkers?

all the guilds dethic just mentioned are EU so ignore those.

you can go through the f2p & vet armory list , a bit futher down below the class/spec armories there's a list of guilds.

more or less yes , there's a 'read me' that most new people are refered to, to get a better understanding of what the differences is between being f2p / vet is and much more.

there are a couple NA guilds you could call "casually competitive" I suppose.

to my knowledge, noones scheduling guild v guild 10s out there but i think just about every guild is doing arenas and solo shuffles both in-house and with the community at large.

some are certainly a bit sweatier than others but i don’t think anyone is what you’d call like “toxically competitive”
