Cracked talisman is an item that has 3 charges and gives 20 sec of invulnerability (cannot attack can move maybe heal? Ill check it later.) Not usable in BGs. You can use the item back to back as well, its p funny little thing.
Edit: it drops multiple times so you can use it then just get another from the rare.

Too lazy to check/grind it myself, and it's an offhand/"other", but has anyone grinded Furbolg-Honored and checked the GOAT offhand, Furbolg Medicine Pouch?
Tooltip at 20 says "2505 health every second for 10 seconds - 20min cd". Sounds like godmode every 20 min to me

So after digging through the search, it seems it was broken either within the same patch or the very next patch and says it doesn't work. We're now a few patches past that, so...?
Same expac, patch to patch, so much changes. Hell, the Pre-SL squish had changes weekly it seemed.
Figured was worth testing/bringing up again to be checked : /

Last Deck of Nemelex Xobeh - cool item that can be used in open world. Can also be used outside of the dungeon and entereing the dungeon with the buff/debuff still on. Does not work in bgs but you can enter bg with the debuffs I am pretty sure but sadly not with buffs.

One thing to note, is you can buy the Purification Potion (BfA Vendor - Alchemist Hart <Amateur Potions> Boralus or Isabel Marigan <Alchemy Supplies> Zuldazar), and Living Action Potion as a limited item via Evie Whirlbrew <Alchemy Supplies> in Evrelook.
