While Skullflame Shield did drop in SM during BFA, this is no longer the case as far as we can tell. In fact, it would appear SM no longer drops BoE epics at all.

If you mean looting these Scarshield mobs on a level 10, yes. They drop level 12 epic armor and level 13 epic weapons, which is to be expected as their minimum level is 15 due to them being part of Burning Steppes.

Realm hopping died in legion. Because the addons were so prevelant. Before that you could just swipe through groups like a blind person on tinder but since you legion you have to be in the same zone as the group leader to enter their phase. This makes it unlikely for you to have any success with an addon as the likelyhood of finding a shard in Burning Steppes is low to say the least.

Basically you need another account or a friend to realm hop nowadays. Burning steppes is a pretty ride from SW for a class trial toon though.

GUess I'm rolling an alt on some abandoned realm... or horking other player's K's on BH.
 
i mean whats the time it took them to get a drop as in hours/days because at the rate of around 1 mob per minute you are looking and like 80 hours of farming, seems a bit absurd to me so im wondering if they used phasing or simmilar means to maybe shorten the process

14 kills every 15 min for say 1500 laps thats 21k kills (which is on the high end of zaz guess) youd get an epic every 375 hours. Say you run 5 accounts then 1 epic every 75 hours. So if you farm on 5 accounts and also sleep and not farm every waking hour, 1 epic per week. But 5k to 25k is alot of wiggle room so it could be once every 1-2 days if youre on the lucky side of that estimate.

You’ll be able to get level 10 classic armor blues , level 12 blue weapons/oh, that likely can’t drop anywhere else.
epic armor will be 12, weapons 13.

I’m not sure if the feathermoon headdress drops here but we got dodge neck, lapidis tankards and such. You must remember though, that some high level vanilla blues can be obtained via TBC chests.
the Zone minimum is 15
