20 vs 29 (Scaled)

I am wondering if there are any resources / guides already existing out there that show a comparison of stat weights to clearly see the difference between 20's vs 29's (when scaled inside BG)?

For instance, I would love to see information like:

• How much 1 point of Haste, Crit, Vers, Mastery gives my class at level 20
• How much 1 point of Haste, Crit, Vers, Mastery gives my class at level 29

This would be useful to optimize gearing for inside of BG's, be able to calculate stat cutoff points etc to really push the limit of X or Y specs.

I'm presuming the most valuable stat is going to be primary stat, as the value of that LIKELY diminishes much less than secondary stats?

Any resource links would be appreciated, otherwise i'm gonna have to create my own.
