hurricane doesnt have stats. Just a (likely very weak) dmg proc. Its notable for its damn high dps.

u are also speculating on the proc. dps doesnt mean much if u dont see the top end of the dmg. like u and ur cudgel of naralex

Does Hurricane slow? Other vanilla weapons with slow procs get the damage but not the slow.

well, its more like an educated guess but yes. the "very likely" in the parenthesis is there to indicate I dont have first hand knowledge.

Seems like it's basically just straight up worse than any old ilvl 24 heirloom/artifact/quest reward bow. And it's not even a cool (or even unique) transmog. The only real value it has is swag points for the extreme rarity.
