the difference between intellect and spell power enchants ???

just hoping someone could explain the difference to me on this one. I know most casters run EF ,but I seem to do more damage with the int enchant, although, I have seen some 10 twinks with spell power on their weapons. Just trying to get the most bang for my buck. Any help would be appreciated.

its the same thing. but also int is affected by stuff like armor bonus after lvl 27 aswell as the mage arcane intellect buff. so 1 int > 1 sp but 2 sp > 1 int so 14 sp weapon enchant > 11 int weapon enchant.
 
thank you for that fast reply...I am using the 4 int enchant now but I have seen a few 10 twinks with a 5 spell power enchant, so I might look that up and give it a try. Thanks again
