Does Master Pit Fighter Work for a 20?

I’ve been casually collecting Pit fighters for a while and have 5 of them. If I turn them in after getting 12 will I be able to use the master pit fighter or is it really only good for the heirloom? I’m f2p don’t know if that matters. Thanks in advance!

OP just equip the https://www.wowhead.com/item=74034/pit-fighter
The epic isn't usable.

It's decent, esp with the talasite nerf if you need stamina and your class benefits well from mastery. Is it BiS, I think that's still dragon and cc break. The cogs are just too good.

Nah, don't feel bad for them, this sh*t has been broken for months. Blizz doesn't give a crap and has been letting people run around with Talasites, Broken Azerite Helms and broken Artifact weapons for months now
