Is he viable in pvp?

Warriors will get Spell reflection and Devastate (costs 9 rage).
Shield slam will dispell 1 magic effect.
5 sec stun with Concussion blow and silence with Slield bash (without changes)

Prot warrior is very fkn viable. It'll be viable all through WotLK as well. One of the few expansions where prot warrior was actually nuts at high level.
