Late reply but I'm new to this lvl and just saw this. What I have been doing is going through random legion dungeons on my lvl 10 twink. This gets about 5-8 greens a run. With a socket gear about 1 in 3 runs. Just my take on making some small incremental gold and also farming mobs through dungeons.

5-8 greens after running a whole dungeon is a pretty slow pace if just Ilvl5 greens are your main goal. I would recommend trying out some open world farming in spots with force-spawn mobs as outlined here:

You'll get a lot more this way.

Its not my MAIN goal per-say, it's just something that comes with what I'm doing. I'm really just trying for relic drops on my lvl 10. And if I happen to get a piece of gear then great, if not then it's nbd. I'm gonna run more anyway.
