Feet of the Lynx or Footpads of the Fang

I am gearing up a 19 rogue for TBC, and I was wondering which boots are best.

It seems like the Footpads of the Fang were changed with TBC that make them better than Feet of the Lynx, is that right?
 
Fishing boots + Cat's swiftness chant.

If only between those 2, then it's not a question of best: It's a question of do you want more health or do you want to hit harder?
