For those who are wondering what items to get for their Lvl 19's, the above BiS-Chart visualizes several sets and gearconcepts in a spreadsheet. As of yet it is still very much a Work in Progress.

How to use:
- All set names include a link to the gearset on Seventy-Upgrades. Hover and click on the set name to redirect your browser. Likewise, all items include a link to TBC-wowhead.
- Please consider this chart a Guideline and not a rule, we encourage people to think off the charts. Likewise you don't find many ''max-sets'' in this as we aim for a somewhat viable outcome in the diversity of sets.
- Use the side-scroll bar to navigate. All classes are present (albeit not all done yet) and there is also an information tab.

Progress:
- So far the Meta, Druid, Hunter, Mage and Warrior tabs are fairly done. The rest is yet to be made.
- Other classes will be added in the upcoming weeks (aim is before 18th of May).
- Once all classes are there will be a PUG-Meta and 10v10-Meta tab.
- After this Alliance faction will be added and after that lvl 10 chart.

Known issues:
- Some SeventyUpgrades links are not 100% reflective of the gear-chart and lack talents.
- SeventyUpgrades lacks some items such as +3 scope, Haliscan Jacket and Inferno Robe.

Contact/about:
This chart is managed by Cowblackout <E T Phone Gnome>. ETPG is the most active EU Twink-Guild with both Horde and Alliance departments. We regularly do (internal) 10v10's and gearsets are tested in practise.

How do you get the rep for Tranquillien Champion's Cloak in TBC? Just killing mobs or something? Thought you had to do a bunch of quests.

30/04/2021 - Update:
- Completed the Mage and Warrior class tabs.
- Finished the Hunter Tab and made some adjustments to the Druid tab.
- Included expertise items in the Meta tab and made several adjustments to other sets.
- Removed spellcrit sets in large due to its inferiority to spelldamage.
- Adjusted several race choices based on sanbox jumps.
- Fixed all existing links to redirect to TBC-wowhead.

Next in line:
- Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman and Warlock tabs.

If you want a specific set to be included/discussed, please contact me on Discord. Note that some viablity is required. If a set is downright inferior (in almost every situation) to another set, it won't be included.

I'm aware you are all-in to whiteknight your guild master daddy at any time, but the guide does not have an entire set which I fully approve. Don't feel like breaking down 1 by 1. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if you sat down and helped him for several hours to make this guide.

Nice Guide, some updates to some of the enchants you have on your list with prepatch now out.

its going to sound incredibly minor but its for thrown / ranged weps. the overall str gives you not even 1 rating whereas atleast the ap gear gives you more damage at range.

I suppose.... I think I'd rather have the secondary stats, block, etc from the str...

not for warr 1agi = 1 rap but crit and dodge for war....
 
anyone who understands how a swing timer works will know why stacking haste on hunter in a pvp setting is not a good idea

2.40 speed is already less than ideal for a pvp weapon imo, let alone you reducing it further giving you even less chance to move freely between autos without the risk of clipping them and the next being delayed

either way good job on giving people stuff to work with even if some of the choices are subjective
