What Classes/Specs are consider hipster in SL

meh ilvl49 weapon is not really hipster.

To me this thread was more about encouraging others to try non mainstream specs showing what is possible. i49s are not possible.

As for kitty moonfire, it more pads meters then anything. Good for ranging combo points to get a re-stealth for a bite. Moonfire is not going to get you kills in a real game.

But hey this is just one person’s opinion.

Well said. Their is nothing impressive/hipster about playing the spec that scales the best in the game from ilvl/weapon damage with an ilvl 49. Less impressive then survival bramble fotm.
 
I mean even with i49 and the Bumble-Staff some of the dps is still pretty good... I mean shave off 40% if it makes you feel better, most of the numbers being posted are still impressive.

I think as we get further and further along we will see more and more BiS (or at least the gear that makes builds work)... like Multitotem's Feral... all gas no breaks with Crit/Mastery to just build combo points... maximize moon damage then just nuke nubs with hyper crits.

Crit/Mastery feral is pretty common. It's impressive Multitotem was able to do that damage with Breadwinner and Sallya, Two of the most geared 20s, Otherwise it's pretty common for ferals to be up the top of the charts.

Most (by that I mean a HUGE amount) of even full twinks are not wearing gemmed out i28 suits... MOST are wearing BC gem gear because its cheap. So *Most/Common* is not accurate. I'm sure you can get similar results just by stacking Agility tho with Crit as Mastery has pretty terrible scaling in a BG.
 
You can get similar results by stacking agi due to the fact mastery generally has niche effects. The -25% reduction give or take isn’t the big issue for a lot of classes compared to it affecting less then 50% of total damage(feral,enhance,etc). Back on topic thou.
