Oh god, if they ever did somehow remove the level req....
Edit: of note, for anyone curious, yes your HoA does continue to level up in islands even if you are not wearing it. Not sure if it still does so if it's in your bank, but it for sure does if it's at least in your bag. I no longer have a way of checking its progress, but I have received the level up notif after an island and it's ilevl changed.

6int flat - the proc is 31sp, not affected in BGs.
Currently about to test https://www.wowhead.com/item=28040/vengeance-of-the-illidari?bonus=6691 atm, since Im running a crit build atm. +9 crit + 29SP.
Edit: The crit trinket didn't really buff my crit much in bgs. Great for Outdoor stuff tho
