Hi, all. Peculiarity: My 9s can portal OUT of Pandaria shrines. Any other portals that work for 9?
My memory is not clear, but seemed like just after SL or the Pre-patch ALL portals were blocked for 1-9s. Think this is a bug? Can't imagine why they'd purposely leave this one.
That portal for some reason works from level 1 onward instead of 10, I keep my hearth there for this reason. Same as the Exodar portal to SW and back, and the portal to caverns of time. No one but Blizz really knows why, though.
