From what I recall, both were added in Wrath, with Faction Changes actually occurring prior to Race.

Just googled and it apparently got added in TBC, just a month before WotLK released. But I remember that no one did it until WotLK, it's why I will never consider WotLK to be the best expansion. That expansion ruined the game for me really badly in all sort of aspects. Everyone mass migrated, like half of the officers in my guild transfered to a realm where their real life friends played. We all just split after playing together daily for a year. They wanted me to follow to their respective realm, forcing me to choose one e-friend to stay with, so I quit instead and ended up playing with my own real life friends on private servers, which was also a huge thing in 2009

Mine was nax and mine was def removed. My guild was server first to get naxx and I got shoulders within first few days. Did the chant. Had it for a while but quit shortly after for a while. Got back and it was gone totally removed from my shoulders. I asked around and was told they patched it and due to the evidence I believed it.

I think it might be BiS for rogue, since I'm rocking with x2 +8 agi librams.
Agi/stam has more value to me than crit + AP only

okay this one was more tricky to get. Sent some WTB messages every now and then. The one I bought the stam enchant from said his guild won't be selling this one.
The guy who got me the ZG enchant contacted me however and said he could try and bid it when he's raiding with Firemaw's <Progress> (world first tryhards) - IF it drops
...then he suddenly messaged me that it dropped and told me to bid on it fast. He also wants a profit from it. The bid landed on 6500g. Then I bought it for 8 000g

Got mine for 1000 gold on Firemaw.
They go for cheap in DKP guilds cus most people save up their DKP for Gressil or other stuff. Loot Council guilds will be different ofcourse. I am myself a officer in a 15/15 nax guild so I might eventually be able to fix a couple more.
The one most guilds have no interest in is the +healing enchant (Since the ZG enchant is better/the same) Healers rather have the extra healing over mp5. And the 16 stamina one aint that populair either, most tanks go for 30 AP for the threat or either the AP/Crit one from Sapp. So twinks might have a good chance to pick these up for cheap.
We almost vendored a +healing one last sunday because no1 wanted it.
The AP/Crit one is probably going to be most expansive.
