Level 20 twink on main account not allowed to join pvp bg's

I have a lvl 20 twink on my main account that can't join bg's

On my trial account I see a lot of lvl 20 twinks with full enchants, that I cant get on my trial account

How are they doing this?
 
I thought you couldn't have a sub, if I sub then I can't lock xp, I could then I wouldn't be able to que for bg's without a group

Good evening @Carly !

To join BGs on a level 20 twink from your main account, you will have to unlock your exp and let your subscription run out.

Once your subscription is out you will gain the "veteran status" and will be paired into the exp ON BGs. Get all your enchants and gear before your sub runs out :)
 
My sub just ran out! I have to sub again?

Sounds like ur sub ran out but u still had ur XP off. U have to have ur XP on when ur sub runs out.
If not, and ur XP is off, it bugs out. Put in a ticket and ask a GM to switch ur XP back on, or give u a day game time to do it urself.
Will be a shame to get another 30 days just for that.
