Taken from current PTR Build.

Heirloom gear remains unchanged at the time of post.

WoD rare gear now has a level requirement of 35.

Legion 50 ilvl gear reduced to 25 ilvl.

Barov Lumberjack Caller (Trinket) now has a level requirement of 40.

GF relic'd artifact weapons still 49 ilvl at the time of post.

GF azerite gear remains untouched at the time of post.

Anyone that can eyeball the GF relic'd artifact weapons? Still 49 or no?

The red icons = req level 35. They didnt scale them just slapped levle 35 req on them.


and your Relics questions - are still fine @Warglave
 
Not my relics, I dont have them. I'm perfectly OK with nerfs as long as that particular one doesnt slip thru... o_O

Figured it was about time for it all to get fixed, just finishing up my level 11 and it's way too much fun for Blizz to allow.
 
5 agil 6 stam gem now 1/1
7 agil gem now 2 agil

3 all stat remains the same

edit - ilvl 40 ring/gloves are now ilvl25

Sorry, I do not trust your posts due to your recent relations to certain threads. I will wait for confirmation from other players or confirm it myself.

There was no reason to nerf those pcs as EVERY CHARACTER 10+ has access to them but iLvL 25 isn't terribly bad, still good for their armor slots.

EDIT: @Chops still think I was 'Coping' when I said Blizz will get to all our OP high iLvL gear hmmm???

Since you’re a 10 it’s not bad but at 20 for a lot of people that’s not good at all

That's if it's iLvL 25 at 10, probably iLvL 15 or something so looks like my 10 Gear Thread is becoming Meta faster than I expected ;)
 
Gem meta incoming likely, time for burst to get even worse I guess, but this was expected. I expect almost everything to get fixed, but it depends on if they can rescale the heirlooms. Also, If anything is to not get fixed and remain grandfathered I think its the artifact weapons and azerite stuff.
 
Well I just made a 14 warrior and was about to start BFA questing and WoD garrison, guess they just saved me alot of time. BC gem gear it is. They also item leveled the warglaives from legion launch that only a few of us had, figures. Sad thing is with Relic of the past gear and BC gemmed gear and the right enchants you will be pretty much as powerful as before, maybe not 1-shot, but you could 2-shot a leveler in BGs.
