Shadowlands Pre-Patch Check List

I recall there was a hidden buff giving +5% mainstat for having all slots equipped with correct armor type.
Does it still exist, or is mail/leather/cloth fine for a paladin now?

So the assault happens according to realm time & when the last assault finished, some say 2 hours, others have waited 4 hours.

The Assault itself consists of waves of elites that try to attack the NPC's. Your job is to fend them off - as you defeat each wave more NPC's will spawn, some of these are the vendors you're looking for.

The items cost apex crystals so farm them up on the mobs nearby so you can actually buy the items when you've defeated the waves of enemies.
 
Just wanted to add something about BG crates not opening earlier. I put in a bug report days ago about this - make sure you don't randomly click one if you still have it because it will prevent you from looting bodies. At this rate, this 'bug' will resolve itself by people just tossing the crates before they can fix it to save bag space.

hey man, will the assaults spawn while in the current time? or do i need to hit up chromie for a BC time line? i been playin a second account and sometimes its a pain in the ass to sync them up

I have no idea mate. I would have thought that you could do this in Chromie time and outside Chromie time. However if you're splitting accounts to check when the event happens, I'd ensure both toons are on the same version of time as this event start time is impacted by the assault lengths and only resets during server resets - as they happen in different phases they'll be out of sync from eachother.

Hope that makes sense?

Pick either Chromie or not Chromie and stick to it i guess is my answer.
 
I finished event in present time, solo as prot pala. Might be hard if you want to go for all 4 waves as you need to protect npc-s, and if you dont keep agrro all the time they might die. So it was easy with tank, not sure if you want to solo it as dps without good aoe for agrro.
 
I've been waiting for the event to start for 6 hours now.
Present timeline, WM on, in case it matters. Ogrila NPC says next assault will start in 0 minutes.
Should probably wait for a server restart
 
When I entered the zone, event just started, I skipped that one and went to farm crystals, after an hour, event again started and I finished that one. Last year I finished this same event few times, and every time it was accurate, started every 2 hours.. Idk what is going on..

Hey mate! It seems that all the relics i get for my artifact only gives +1 item level. Am i doing something wrong ?
 
can i only kill the same rare 1 time a day of chance for loot or can i kill it many times to try to get in the iteam if not what time it resets so i can kill and have chance to get loot again??
 
7. Apexis Crystal "Assault" Rare Elites! (ilvl 44 Gear!!)


There actually exists quite more gear than the guide under this part has included. I myself found out this at 2 locations alreadyso if someone has a more complete list that would be nice. Still it is only the rares that count towards the assault quest so you can't just list all rares in a zone.

Edit: After doing some research it seems there are only couple rares that count towards the assault and which aren't listed in the guide but I found out that https://www.wowhead.com/npc=81639/brambleking-fili#drops drops his weapon as a ilvl 44 for lvl 10s and in wowhead he is not listed to count towards the assault so I don't know if this is because of a mistake made by wowhead or if all rares in the assault zones actually drop higher ilvl gear without being included in the higher lvl assault quest.
