depends on ur character level, dont expect it to go up above ilvl 30 for 19s

also, did the draenor items get nerfed ? Armored Elekk Tusk only gives me 33 mastery on use for my lvl 10
 
I believe I opened all the chests in zulduzar. am I fresh out of luck if im 11/12? or can I open some in kul'tiras starting zone.

RESOLVED:

I had to run all the way to nazmir and vol'dun to finish lol

Yeah, that guide is the one I originally had then added a secondary guide that is missing a few of the rares/drops. I am gonna remove that second guide I had added to avoid confusion, plus this guide has locations. Thanks!

It does not appear so, my Armored Elekk Tusk still gives the 73 mastery on use as it did before.
 
You guys are funny with being intent on bug reporting this stuff(Yes I know its this because the reports are specific to information that appears on here). Why do you think players are hesitant and don't share information or wait for a while before sharing to have a chance to obtain this stuff? Very quickly after its shared then becomes popular bug reports are attempted. This just potentially enforces a very select few to get access before its gone. Of course after the first lvl squish ever in warcraft existence this was expected, on top of a ilvl squish. Some of it may grandfather and some may not. Instead of spending all the time bug reporting reducing the time you and others have to obtain it, you should be accumulating it all in case. Stop trying to bring down obtained items while you can still obtain it yourself, all twinks who want to be serious about it can obtain it right now. If its going to be fixed it will be fixed eventually even without the report, and if grandfathered and not then its unlikely it will be now or for a long time. This is normal for twink related issues. It is no different then other grandfathered op items from long past, we don't know which items will grandfather but we have a chance to obtain them now when the prepatch is brand new. They have much bigger problems with major bugs currently then unscaling ilvl items anyway,

Yeah its gonna be a mess of gear no matter what happens, some gear is likely to be grandfathered, and even without that gems + enchants make everyone fairly powerful. I know you were joking I was just responding to that type of reply heh.
 
The BOA items from the Dubloon Trader are all ilevel 37 Havent purchased yet but could be good

Just tested this for myself and it does not work. On my 19 Druid I opened a cloak and leg item and got green ilvl 23 leggings and I got an epic upgraded cloak that is ilvl 26.

33 if you get epic procs for the quest rewards on both, My secondary artifact has two epic quest procs and ended up 33. Not sure of any other relics that can beat that (+6.5 each relic basically)

Be smart about it, use this OP gear to farm up a backup plan, just in case stuff gets fully nerfed and nothing ends up grandfathered.

I farmed up my entire backup BC/Wotlk socket set so even if everything disappears tomorrow, i should be all set anyways. Being able to solo the dungeon definitely made it faster than dealing with legacy loot bs.

Question - for the apexis gear, i know there is a loot table for everything and all that but it would be really useful having a map of every rare elite in each zone. I haven't been able to find this though. Anyone know of one?

I'v been using handynotes addon for Draenor for that in-game personally

I would help solo it for you with my hunter, but im US sadly. I think there is a new HoA trading thread that might be helpful for this topic as well. Hope you can find a carry to get HoA on EU!

This seems to have been fixed? We got one to drop but it was soulbound. The usual 2 hour timer was not there on that item.
